Frog Infestation?

One more silly thing before November is completely wrapped. During the first week of the month, when I was in Medellin, Colombia, I was having problems with the appearance of my blog. There appeared to be frogs - in ice cubes, infesting Keeping the Pounds Off.

I called my daughter, who unlike her mother, is technologically literate and can speak Geek. She said it looked fine to her. She then queried her gajillion Facebook buddies to check it on their computers and everyone in the states said it looked fine. Several people suggested Yo Mama in Colombia must be indulging in something that made her see frogs that are not there.

. . . . .So I took a photo of my computer screen to prove my computer was indeed, infested with frogs in Columbia, quite possibly poisonous, Amazonian sticky-tongued frogs - and that I had not been drinking snorting or eating anything that caused me to see these amphibians on ice.

The proof is in the photos. Since my computer and blog have not had any problem with frogs since I left Colombia I must assume that what frogs do on computers in Colombia stays in Colombia.

Oh, and since this IS a blog about keeping the pounds off, let me state I did not eat over this. No, not even frogs legs.

Alright. I looked up the error and apparently it has something to do with the domains not being registered by an imageshack registered user and it seems (to save bandwith) imageshack is blocking any of their hosted images from unregistered domains. So. I'm a registered imageshack user. I've gone ahead and submitted both of your blogs and my three blog (not subway journal because it's not really in use) and they'll review and, we can pretty much assuem, approve the sites. So hopefully that won't be a problem anymore. HOWEVER it's also possible that, although the images uploaded through imageshack.us were done so by a registered user (me) that you can't view them in other countries without logging into imageshack first. that's always a possibility, and something that wouldn't really be fixable.

Sorry Lauren: I know you want me to understand all this, but it is all Geek to me.

Just sitting there, looking annoyed. Obviously they felt, as placeholders for the real graphics, that they deserved better. :-)
