Survthrive, Survthrival, Survthriver

No, I am not writing with a lisp. I am relating these terms to recovery from abuse of food substances against my body, mind and soul. Life is more than just keeping the pounds off and keeping pounds off is easier if I practice these three conjoined ideas.

Survthrival: To recover with a purpose not limited to physical appearance or personal comforts.

Survthrive: The action of doing something each day for my body, my mind, my soul and for someone else.

Survthriver: Not merely satisfied with losing weight for a period of time, a Survthriver seeks to embrace the amazing gift of release from food-substance-abuse by adjusting their minds and hearts to correspond with their physical changes and the removal of a physical and mental obsession with consuming food.  This includes helping others as needed and recognizing and seeking help when needed.

With respect to Michael Bolton, I don't want to be a Sole Survthriver. I want lots and lots of company. Let's do this together.

I thought the words were original because they came to me as I was waiting in traffic - but it turns out they had already been coined by a music group, a medical product. I like my use of it more. :->
