- No day of excuses behind me, leading me to a poor effort
When I have to work earlier, I get up earlier and workout whenever possible. If I do not have a workout kind of day, I have to let it go and not obsess over it. If I have that kind of day more than twice in a week, I need to examine my day and see if I am making excuses where there should be fat burning. Keeping the pounds off does not happen on the sofa. At least, not on my sofa.
