March 18 - Get Moving!

After four days traveling to and from Memphis I am back in In Keeping the Pounds Off Land. I stayed on my plan of eating and exercise the whole trip however I could not exercise on the last day, coming home.

Today I can either read blogs and posts about exercise, sweat ratios, calorie burns and building muscle mass or I can get up off my sat-in-the-car-15-hours-yesterday ass and MOVE.

I am off to raise my endorphin level with a good workout followed by a walk during work. 

Get thee from thy computer and do something sweaty!
