Last week was a very busy week. After today my work load lightens up a bit and I will get to post more. Last week I had a choice: I could write blog posts or I could increase my workout, as planned. I choose to sweat out the week without writing. No matter how you look at it, it was the healthy choice!
Going to a podiatrist tomorrow about a toenail that keeps growing sideways. Going to see about having it narrowed. Hopefully that will not cause me to have to put my foot up a few days. I have no experience in this area so we shall see what happens.
Over the past few weeks I have increased my weight training 50% (time, not load). I have added an evening walk into my off days, too.
