Simple Friday Gratitude Post

Grateful today to be healthy enough to enjoy being active and not so busy that I forget to take a moment to be grateful.

Oh and I straightened a small area of my living room that had been visited by the clutter monkeys and now the room is closer to being a calm place. Focusing on just one thing can really soothe a great deal of the stress from the bigger things. 

Politicians will whine, body parts will ache, family dramas will ensue and bills still have to be paid from a wallet that does not keep up but you know what?  Today I am living it with clarity, sanity, and peace; i.e. without compulsively eating! Life is good.
