February 2nd Again

I watched Punxsutawney Phil this morning. They had him prognosticate in verse. Here is my response.

Punxsutawney Phil shadow sees
Six more weeks before the bees
sniff the pollen of buds in trees
Woe to my arthritic knees

In other news, I was able to do two sessions on the treadmill today for a total of 30 minutes.

Did you try a rower? Weight is not on feet, works whole body.

Great on the treadmill. I've found excellent success in getting rid of some of my back fat ( sub cutaneous) on a Concept 2 rower at my gym.

I do 5 mins of warm ups, then us a Tabbata style timer to do 8 sets of 20 seconds high intensity, 10 of rest.

It strengthened my back muscles, too, so I can haul kitty litter, gardening soil, and bottle water (for emergencies) like a boss.
